b) VAT of 9,5 % for other lots (without the letter 'R' next to the starting price, only in Catalog). VAT will not be added for purchases by EU dealers with valid tax identification number. The VAT will also not be charged to buyers outside EC if the exportation of lots is arranged by Philadria d.o.o..
