1872-1975 collection mounted in a Scott Specialty album, mint and
used, beginning with a nice range of stamps from the Spanish
Dominion period, including a wonderful array of cancellations. The
U.S. Administration period is well represented, with values up to
the 1901 $2, and appears fairly complete from the 1906 issues
through the 1970s, excluding only the high-value VICTORY
overprints. Back of the Book areas are strong, with good
representation across Semi-Postals, Air Post, Special Delivery,
Postage Due, Official, Newspaper, and Japanese Occupation issues,
including several covers. Faults noted as expected, but overall
fine to v.f., with clean presentation and substantial room for
expansion, a solid foundation for a Philippines or U.S. Possessions
collector/dealer
