of line engraved on the typical paper used for the lower
denominations, this essay represents a trial proof of the original
drawing by Koloman Moser, mounted on grey card for archival
purposes, perforated 12½ from the singal trial printing, inscribed
at the top 1908, 1 January/Nr. 135 and lower right PROBEDRUCK, an
imprecise certificate is enclosed, a genuine Jugendstil masterpiece
in miniature format, illustrated in the Ferchenbauer Catalogue,
Vol. II, p. 247, ex Postarchive, a unique piece in magnificent
