to General H. Hope Crealock in London, all tied by "LOWER TUGELA /

(1834 -1895) was a South African hunter and diplomat of British
descent. Born in Port Alfred in 1834, he spent his childhood in
Natal, orphaned as a teenager he lived in native dress on land near
the Tugela River. He was a friend and confidante of the Zulu chief
Cetshwayo. Dunn's 'Wikipedia' entry is entertaining and
extraordinary - he fathered no less than 117 children! Note:
General Henry Hope Crealock (1831-1891) had a glittering Military
career from the Crimean War onwards. He commanded the 1st Division
of the Army in the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879.
