tied by largely very fine complete strike of 'DUBLIN/LATE FEE' cds
cancel, Genova '3/7 96' squared-circle arrival backstamp, a couple
of very minor blemishes. The rate was 2½d UPU foreign letter rate
plus ½d late fee.
