Officials with O6 + O7 pairs, SG 73 + O7a+b block, O17 block, O20 + O22 pairs. Also two Panton covers. A good collection

Return to sender with Uton van / En voyage green bilingual label and received 15 July arrival cds. (B18988)

Datumstp. KIACHOW, adressiert nach Brackel / Deutschland mit
Ankunftsstp. (Mai 10). Der Absender ist ein Angehöriger des in
Tsintau stationierten 3. Seebattalions. Eine schöne und seltene
Kombinationskarte. Offensichtlich kaufte der Absender die Karte
entwertet beim chin. Postamt in Kiachow und entsprach damit der
vorgeschr. Abgeltung der chin. Postgebühr auf aller Post. Attest
