Scadta Consular Mail 'GB' 1923/26: Fine group of seven handstamped 'G.B.' covers, incl. 30 c. green single franking carried Sept. 1923 in the diplomatic bag from the Colombian Consulate in London, 1925 (Dec. 17) headed business envelope sent at printed matter rate of 15 c. to Bogotà, 3 p. 20 c. franking of 1921 third issue with scarce usage of double overprinted 3 p. violet on envelope to Barranquilla, 1921 three colour franking 5 c. to 15 c. on 1923 (April 12) envelope to Bogotà, 1926 registered envelope from Huddersfield franked with handstamped 'GB' on Scadta 30 c. (4) plus British franking set via USA to Barranquilla and forwarded by Scadta to Bogotà taxed on arrival (very late usage of handoverprinted stamps), 1924 (28.8.) a rare combination usage of handstamped 10 c. green and machine ovpted. 5 c. orange on cover to Medellin. A fine and scarce offer, viewing recommended.
