First Atlantic Attempt of Swedish Pilot Albin Ahrenberg in a Junkers W-33 seaplane "Sverige" 1929 (June): Group of three covers, of which two registered from Stockholm and one registered from Reykjavik (26.VI) to USA. The flyers flew as far as Greenland and halfway to Labrador, but were forced to turn back. Mail was forwarded by ship from Ivitgut, Greenland to New York.
