1902 (January 6), Censor's Office, Boer Camp Trichinopoly, mourning cover franked with 1d E.R.I. overprint of Transvaal, tied to mourning cover by Middleburg c.d.s., addressed to a Prisoner of War at Boer Camp Trichinopoly, sent via Madras, India, with very fine circular BOER CAMP and triangular Passed Press Censor / Pretoria censor's handstamps, reverse with Durban (10 Jan), Tuticorin (4 Feb), and Trichinopoly (5 Feb) c.d.s. backstamps, a choice strike of this scarce censor's marking.

Ragama Camp was mainly for foreign volunteers, dissidents and 'irreconcilables'
