N.I., Sholapore, India endorsed "via Brindisi", tied by "Romsey / 653" obliterators (March 15) in black. Carried on the "Zambesi" with three Sholapore arrival datestamps (April 6-8), redirected to Madras (April 11) and Coonor (April 15) witth framed "REDIRECTED " and "POSTAGE DUE / 1 ANNA" (deleted) and framed "POSTAGE DUE / 2 as." applied. Minor imperfections but an unusual make-up of the 1 shilling rate.
