New Zealand occupation, Stamps of German Samoa surcharged, unofficial issues 1914 (Sept): 3 s. on 3 m. violet-black, showing variety "2 s. instead of 3 s." (Gibbs 13b), a used example of excellent colour, perfect perforation, and very good centering, cancelled by APIA cds. Only two examples were printed, one unused, this one used. Certs.
