Kolomea Issue, 1918: "Ukr. N. R. 5" sot. Overprint Plate, complete
proof setting of 25, minor offset on front and reverse, folded in
the middle, nevertheless a very fine and rare proof sheet, signed
Bulat, ex collection Georg von Steiden. Note: The proof copy of the
5 sotyk value had the overprint type closer together in comparison
to the actual overprint, narrower in width and shorter in height.
This was later on corrected resulting in an overprint approximately
in the middle of each stamp. The column width in the proof copy is
119.5 mm, on the stamp 121.5 mm. Reference: Illustrated in Bulat -
