George III (1738-1820), King of England. Cut signature fragment
purportedly from King George III of Great Britain. The handwritten
note at the top "Signature of George 3rd - from Mr. Lockyer"
suggests that this piece was clipped from a larger official
document or ledger, possibly by a collector or archivist in the
19th century as this was a common practice; this item was purchased
from Herb LaTuchie's House for Collectors decades ago. No COA but
certainly a neat item worth authenticating! If this is a facsimile
it is still worth our estimate but if genuine this could be a real
find! Estimate $100 - 150.

mountaineer, ...more Hillary, Sir Edmund Percival (1919-2008), a New Zealand mountaineer, explorer, and philanthropist. As part of the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition he reached the South Pole overland in 1958. He subsequently reached the North Pole, making him the first person to reach both poles and summit of Everest. Time Magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. Signed on the reverse of a Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition First Day flight cover to Antartica Jan. 20 1958. Estimate $75 - 100.

Truman, Harry S., 33rd president of the United States, serving from
1945 to 1953. As the 34th vice president in 1945, he assumed the
presidency upon the death of Franklin D. Roosevelt that year.

gum toning near the autograph. Estimate $300 - 400.

Disneyana, c. 1960's (?), 3 adult admission tickets to Disneyland,
still in the original booklets but the coupons for the rides inside
are not all complete. No printed indication of the dates of issue
or validity. Nice condition for their age, Fine to Very Fine.
Estimate $75 - 100 Editor's note: I remember as a child visiting
Disneyland California shortly after it opened in the late 1950's,
and I remember the admission price then as being $3. Given
inflation these tickets are likely from the late 1960's. Definitely
nostalgic. And we really have no idea what these things are worth.
Our estimate is a wild guess. Bid and maybe we will all know! But
they probably won't get you into Disneyland today. Current prices
as posted on the official Disney site start at around $100 per day.
