After Auction Sale The auctioneer shall receive from the buyer a commission amounting to 18 % of the accepted bid. The cost price of postage, packing and insurance shall be charged to the buyer. The legal Value-added tax of 7 % shall be charged on the successful bid as well as on the commission, packing and insurance. Customers of the European Union have to pay as well the value-added tax, except dealers with a registered Identification Number. Value-added tax is not to be charged on purchases of Non-EU-residents which are sent directly to these countries.
