1930 underfranked envelope from Uganda with a Kenya and Uganda 5c cancelled ENTEBBE 24 SE 30. On the reverse is a Zanzibar SE 28 30 arrival datestamp. A boxed "T" tax mark is on the front of the cover and a 12c Postage Due has been affixed and cancelled ZANZIBAR NO 17 30. Philatelic, but the 12c is a very uncommon stamp on cover. Some light discolouration, mainly around the 5c stamp

the back. The addressee, Rev E Randolph, was in Zanzibar from 1875
- 1879 before returning to York where he held the position of Canon
of York and Rectory of Dunnington until 1896
