A.Karamitsos 570. Auction
Karamitsos Auction No.570 includes 1168 lots and presents stamps from all over the world, as well as G.Thomareis' collection “Postal History of Thessaloniki (incoming-outcoming mail)”. Also important, some very nice items from Belgium, Austria Germany and the P.R. Of China.
Highlights include lot Nr.5189 – a 1fr. Carmine Napoleon (FRANCE)-, lot Nr. 5336 – the 1933 Zeppelin Polar Fahrt complete set (D.REICH), lot Nr. 6143 – a 1915 Cover by the Greek post office in LIASCOVICI (North Epirus) for use in Albania.
A special note however must be given to lot Nr. 5820, which is the 1964 Peonies from the P.R. Of China,
