four, もっと見る 1903, 2c carmine King Edward VII, Type I, imperforate block of four, unused, without gum as issued, a top margin block with large to very large margins, characteristic deep shade and black ink marks between stamps as commonly found, purported to have been done by Fred Jarrett on many such Type I examples, and small portion of blue crayon notation in upper margin, a scarce multiple, with Type I imperforates being much scarcer than Type II, very fine; with 2025 Greene Foundation certificate.

“No. 2” strip of four, original gum, the centre pair lightly hinged
and the outer stamps never hinged, bold colour and pleasing
centring within large margins, fresh and very fine overall, the
left pair being extremely fine, a rare plate multiple in this
choice quality; with 2017 Greene Foundation certificate.
