Almost all lots are sold under the margin system § 25a UStG. The purchaser shall pay the sales prices plus 24 % commission(VAT inc.), 2.00 Euro per lot auctioneer´s fee, ports, insurance. The V.A.T. will not be shown separately. The full VAT will be applied on the hammerprice and the commission only on lots marked with (*).
A commission of 20% is applied on Goldcoins which are VAT exempt under § 25c UStG. Gold coins are marked with a *.
