The collection is highlighted by an exceptional assembly of Philippines issues, commencing with lovely quality Spanish Administration classics, through an exceptional array of the rare and sought-after handstamp “Victory” overprints. Canal Zone is nicely represented as well, highlighted by a superb, right margin example of the always popular Thatcher Ferry Bridge, silver bridge omitted variety.
