Our Specialized Sale contains 842 lots, representing two Collections:
* The Dr. John H. Avtsin Collection of Postal Advertising labels of 1923-29;
* The Michael Pipe Collection of Soviet Union stamps of 1923-91.
Among the highlights of the collections are:
- various scarce labels, including rare covers, bearing label multiples;
- the first-class rarities acquired within several decades of active collecting, including a dozen items, which had never been offered to the public.
Auction will be held within two sections.
