Specialized Collections & Estates
Featured is an exceptional range of classic stamps, notably of British Columbia, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Newfoundland offers excellent representation from sought-after rarities such as unused 1857 Pence issues to airmail inverts, numerous proofs, varieties, imperforates and revenue stamps.
A very strong Canada section will be offered over two days — from the 1851 Issue to modern errors and elusive back-of-book issues, along with Federal & Provincial revenues. It includes some of rarest unused Pence issues often missing from even advanced collections. One will find hand-picked single-lot items including proofs, imperforates, plate imprint multiples, better printings and much more. The modern era is particularly strong (including some valuable large lots) with rarely offered printing errors, missing colours and inverts — available in such limited numbers, it is fair to say they will become some of the great rarities of tomorrow.
