1861: New Granada 20 c. red, the famous unused block of eighteen
stamps, marginal from the top of the sheet, positions 4-7 / 13-16 /
22-25 / 31-34 / 40-41, with position 40 showing the "Retouched 2"
in figure "20". Fresh colour nd, whilst creased between the second
and third row, hardly any defects of significance, with large part
original gum. The largest and most spectacular block of the 20
centavos and the most stunning multiple of the entire New Granada
