FRANCA in blue; prepaid 1851 cover to Mosquera in New York rated
"1½" with oval BOGOTÁ / FRANCA in red and soiled 1858 prepaid cover
to London with same handstamp in blue and rated "25"; and unpaid
covers to Panamá rated "4" with oval BOGOTÁ / DEBE in red and 1855
cover rated "15" to Popayan with same handstamp in red. Some edge
wear but fine strikes

Prexie frankings, dual 13 c. franking on strking redirected cover
displaying three attempts at delivery, 17 c. foreign destinations
including France and Chile, etc, some small flaws, a diverse and
fine-very fine collection with many difficult items
