Ruppin, Yelin, and Hakohen Call for Repayment for Late Shapira's
Estate. Dated 1920, this Hebrew letter was sent by Arthur Ruppin
from his residence in Jerusalem to the Litwinsky brothers in Jaffa.

am unable to comply with your request. As you are aware, I am
speaking in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and after that, I shall have to
leave for Paris and Rome. I do not see, therefore, how I can commit
myself to speaking at another public meeting in London, as my
movements are quite indefinite. Cowen is prepared to speak. With
