tied by Hingho cds. Arrived Tientsin (17 Jun). It is one of the a
few stamps issued for the Suiyuan-Mongolia Area. Fewer than 5
covers f.w. this stamps are known. Of the 5 denominations in the
set, two others have no examples on cover while two others have
also fewer than 5 examples on cover. A rarity of Liberated Area.
With AIEP certificate issued by Dr. Sam Chiu.
