Special Delivery and forwarded and 1916 usage from Montreal to New York cancelled on route by "Rouse's Point, N.Y. & Montreal R.P.O.", the stamps mostly large part original gum, the block hinged in selvedge only, covers with light wear consistent with commercial use, a lovely study of this issue, fine-very fine.
