Trieste, Fiume, Istria, Slovenian Littorale, provisional issues and

Occupazione jugoslava / Pola / Pula provisionals, 1945 (June):
Collection of this provisional issue containing hundreds of
primarily unmounted og. adhesives, present mostly in complete
sheets of 100 examples with varieties as shifted, oblique and
inverted overprints. The collection carefully and knowledgeable
written up on Marini sheets with unknown varieties such as 1.50 l.
/ 75 c.with lower part of the overprint missing, 50 c. / 25 c. with
upward and oblique overprint, and two Fratelli Bandieri 50 c. / 25
c. & 2 l. on 1 l. with strongly shifted overprints, two certs.
Raybaudi, all in complete sheets. The lot of ten pages includes
also five covers.

l. / 30 c. brown in a horizontal pair showing varieties: overprint
on left stamp omitted except for the '1' (L.) and in addition
overprint shifted to the right leading to a position of the '1' on

Enormous collection of this provisional issue containing hundreds
of primarily unmounted og. adhesives, present in multitude with
varieties as overprint shifts in all direction, oblique and
inverted overprints, kiss prints, also complete or large part
sheets showing the position of overprint flaws, and issued on
watermarked paper. The collection carefully and knowledgeable
written up with better rarities such as 2 l. / 3 l. in a complete
horizontal strip of ten showing the combination of the varieties
Sassone 8gf+8gd (7)+8gc (2). The lot includes also several new
finds, e.g. the discovery of a new overprint setting on 1 l. / 30
c., it includes on 26 pages, also five covers with philatelic
frankings and a cash-paid formular card sent prior to the issuance
of the adhesives. The lot includes in addition a study collection
on 13 pages. To be studied, two certificates.
