letter up to 20 Austrian miles. A most attractive decorative cover
/ Zierbrief with a religious iconography which was typical for the
Biedermeier period. Despite some corner wear, an exceptional piece
of the greatest rarity, not only in Bohemia, but also in European
pre-philately with its high-quality four-colour lithographic print.
Note: A handwritten note on reverse gives Wilhelmina Maria
Elisabeth Johanna Baptista Gräfin von Colloredo-Mansfeld
(1804-1871), the widow of Fürst Rudolf Josef Anton Ferdinand Franz
