Short Terms and Conditions
A lot fee of € 3.00 will be charged, no commission on the hammer price this time.
The commission is:
A) (private consignment from the EU) for private and commercial buyers from the EU 24% (including VAT);
B) fully-taxed lots (private consignment from outside the EU or consignments from dealers, recognizable by "§" next to the lot number) 24% plus 20% VAT on the total sum;
C) 24% on the hammer price of all lots for all buyers from non-EU countries whose purchase is made according to the tax, customs and foreign exchange regulations of their country, if the lots are exported by the auctioneer.
The costs for the insured shipping are charged openly and amount to 150 grams for a standard letter:
