Myntkompaniet 32nd Coin Auction

Welcome to our March auction of 2025!
 
This auction starts off with a range of Medieval and Viking age coinage followed by a wide range of type coins as well as a more specialized range of Karl XI coinage and Gustav III. Furthermore we have a high grade selection of Oscar II and Gustav V modern coinage including many that are finest graded. We also offer a range of Swedish banknotes including a 10000 kronor 1958 without folds.
 
In the foreign section we note a strong Chinese section with a range of ancient coins and early methods of payment as well as a strong section of struck coins including better copper coins and a range of high grade dollars with a highlight of a Fengtien dollar Year 24 (1898) graded by NGC as MS62. We also note a good range of Russian coins in high grades including a rouble 1901 EB graded by
PCGS as MS64. In the foreign banknote section we would like to point out an exceedingly rare Lorenzo Marques 1000 reis 1897.
