fresh colors, left pair with light strikes of overprint, slight

surprisingly rare multiple as there are no other larger blocks
recorded, ex "Djinghis Khan" (Beckeman), Scott $1,200 (as hinged

gum, barely hinged (if at all), deep rich color, faint horizontal
crease along bottom pair, otherwise Very Fine, multiples of the
"Mongo" surcharge issue are extremely rare, so much so that
Hellrigl was unaware of any unused multiples (p. 250), likely the
only recorded unused multiple of any denomination of this issue

color, top left stamp with minor corner crease and minor crease in
bottom margin, Very Fine, multiples of the imperforate issue are
rarely encountered with this thought to be the largest known
multiple, imperforates were released about a week prior to the
perforated stamps, Scott $900 (as three pairs) though this doesn't
accurately reflect the true rarity of these imperforates

Two multiples, first is a block of ten (5x2) and second is block of fifteen (5x3), both similarly cancelled by large blue oval markings, both blocks with few flaws and sensible hinge reinforcements, Fine-Very Fine, these two blocks are the largest and second largest used multiples of the any value of the "Mongo" surcharges, just one other block of ten is also recorded, current theory is that these are revenue cancels, mentioned in Hellrigl (p. 250), ex "Djinghis Khan" (Beckeman)
