and opened for display FINE. A RARE USE OF THE 1926 50-CENTS
"POSTAGE" OVERPRINT IN BLACK ON COVER. ONLY SIX EXAMPLES ARE
RECORDED ON COVER. The Hellrigl census (p. 180-181) lists just
eighteen 50c "Postage" covers known. We are aware of at least one
other cover. Of those, thirteen are known with the violet overprint
and just six examples in black. An important rarity on cover.
