combined with framed “COLONIES / & C. ART.13.” accountancy h.s. in
red on the observe side; rated “1/10” for ¼ oz. letter plus “15”
decimes, high quality and extremely rare as seemingly the earliest
known use of the HK first “TOO LATE” double lined framed h.s. (Webb
type AAi) and accountancy mark combination letter from
Philippines.
Possibly the Earliest Known entire letter from Philippines in the Use of first Hong Kong “TOO LATE” framed handstamp combined with “COLONIES & C. ART.13.” framed accountancy mark. (Estimate 18.000 HK$)
