purple cds “SALVADOR CA DIC 12 1895” to reverse of a small visit
card format envelope to New York, violet arrival cds “RECEIVED
WIHTOUT CONTENTS” struck on the inside of the back flap, the
adhesive with a small hole, still fine. A very scarce usage Visit
sent as a printed matter via Panama with a one centavo surcharge,
making up the 3 centavos rate
