Very scarce cover addressing to Customs Hangchow from Russia. Dated during Russo-Japanese War so this cover was probably sent via sea route.
1905.5.8 俄國寄杭州海關。俄國7戈比郵資片，加貼賑濟孤兒票3戈比，銷華沙日戳。6.29經上海中國郵局落地。俄國寄杭州海關十分獨特。當時為日俄戰爭期間，故應是經水路送至中國。
