postage due. Applied with US postage due mark of 20c. In
combination with US 5c in strip of 4 on reverse. Arrived
Philadelphia (3 May). Also an early example of Webb Canton BPO type
B cds used as a canellation on adhesive after C1 obliterator was
withdrawn.
1884.3.31 廣州寄美國，貼香港維多利亞女皇像10仙，銷廣州英局Webb B型日戳。4.1經香港，4.26經三藩市。郵局判為超重應收取雙倍郵資，故於左上角寫有“2′′，另鈐美國欠資20分指示戳。背貼美國欠資票5分橫四連。5.3抵費城。同時為停用C1殺手戳後，以廣州英局B型日戳直接銷票之早期例子。
