French Post Office in Galatz, Romania 1867: France laureated 40 c. orange with tiny perforation faults, used on 1868 entire letter to Constantinople, Turkey; tied by "5085" gros chiffres, pearled "GALATZ / MOLDAVIE" cds (Nov 14) and framed "PD" all in blue. French P.O. in Constantinople arrival on reverse (Nov 17). Small faults, but a rare usage. Yvert = €1000+
