cancelled by 'AP 16' cds which leaves portrait clear. A few
shortish perfs, still a most attractive example of this popular

correspondence, franked at UPU rate by Gibraltar 1889-96 25c
ultramarine, tied by "MOGADOR / A26" duplex, with very fine violet
dated recipient's oval h/s of "14 MAR 95" at upper left. On flap,
blue embossed logo of "BRITISH VICE CONSULATE. / MOGADOR.", with
TANGIER transit (8 MR 95) and Wolverhampton arrival backstamps.
