POSTAGE- postage charges will be added to invoices. Lots will be usually mailed by Registered Airmail unless otherwise requested. We ask all customers who use a P.O. Box for their mailing address to include a UPS address for our files when shipment of larger lots becomes necessary.

Shipping fees will be charged according to the following table. All lots are professionally packaged. These shipping fees are Estimates based on small lots. Shipping fees will be adjusted for heavier orders. Please Note: We use a sturdy cardboard mailer for ALL our shipments regardless of value. These mailers weigh 2 oz.

RETURNS - All lots are genuine as described. Any lot, which is incorrectly described, may be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition as was originally sent. We will refund these lots completely including return postage.

1. An item with faults, which is described as such, cannot be returned for any faulty condition.

2. Covers, Postal History, Documents & Ephemera may include minor faults from postal transmission and/or reception. Minor file folds, ageing, edge faults, light wrinkling or back flap damage are NOT grounds for return. Serious or unusual faults are described.

3. Stamps whose primary value is based upon the cancellation or postal marking may have small faults that will NOT be noted in the description and are NOT grounds for return.

4. Lots which contain more then 8 items are not returnable.

5. Lots marked with AS IS after the description are unreturnable

Romano Auction" Public Auction House ("Romano Auction ") acts as agent for sellers of items to be offered for sale to the public ('the Sellers').

All bidders must pre register to participate in the auction.

Buyers fee (commission) - a 20% of the winning bid - will be charged to the bidder on successful lots.

• Cash - Us dollar or NIS at the current dollar exchange rate.

• Credit card payments fee is 3% of the invoice total

• Bank wire (transfer) fee is $20

Delivery / shipping charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder.

Payment for any lot must be made in full within 7 days from the final invoice date.
 

It is entirely the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to check and inspect the items to determine condition, quality, authenticity, size, authorship during the allocated time prior to the auction. The purchaser may submit in writing, any doubts regarding the authenticity and condition of the item within 30 days of the sale. If it is proven to " Romano Auction " that there has clearly been an error in the information which was given relating to any item, " Romano Auction " shall refund any sums paid by the purchaser and the item shall be returned to the possession of " Romano Auction ". Subject to this obligation, the purchaser shall have no claims and\or further demands with respect to that item.

Collections, accumulations and group lots are not returnable .
