in blue, a red French "Paquet" cds with a indistinguishable date
and a black "LIEGE" arrival cds (25 November) all alongside,
illustrated on page 367-368, James Whang's book, "A comprehensive

This is the earliest known cover bearing a thick paper 5ca Large Dragon, large dragon covers sent to Belgium are very rare, this is one of the only three known examples, from the fact that this piece of a cover bears a French Paquet cds, it can be safely assumed that the now missing front of the cover bore French stamps.
