Guberniya to Berlin, envelope bearing on the reverse a block of ten
1000r carmine Arms, neatly tied by fine Сквира (Skvyra, 26 Jan)
circular datestamps, with matching red “Сквира № 672” registration
label, Berlin SW (17 Feb) arrival on reverse, typical edge wear as
expected, yet overall clean and well-preserved, a scarce small-town
Ukrainian registered usage and attractive franking.

Berlin, printed envelope bearing on the reverse a mixed franking of
three 7 500r blue Arms and three 22 500r violet Banner issues
(total 90 000r), all neatly tied by fine Гайсин (Haisyn, 28 Apr)
circular datestamps with an additional matching strike on the face,
a scarce small-town origin to Germany from the early inflation
phase, minor edge tears and roughness typical of the period, else
fine.

examples of the 7 500r on 250r blue imperforate, together with 200r
brown and 300r green singles, the combined franking amounting to
195 500 roubles, all tied by clear Pohrebyshche / Kiev G. (10 Jun)
circular datestamps, with manuscript and handstamped registry
notations, some creasing, but a striking franking and small-town
Ukrainian origin.

ФИЛАТЕЛИИ И БОНАМ / ЗАГРАНИЧНЫЙ ОБМЕН / 1 КОПЕЙКА ЗОЛОТОМ for
authorised postal use, all stamps tied by multiple MOSKVA 22.5.24
double-circle datestamps, the fiscal overprint additionally
cancelled by violet boxed control handstamp, front showing boxed
violet САМОЛЕТОМ (By Airplane) and red Moscow registration label,
red German Mit Luftpost befördert Königsberg (Pr) 1 transit,
reverse with clear PARIS 27.5.24 receiver, minor edge wear and
paper faults from handling, otherwise a spectacular high-franking
Soviet airmail usage with a genuine postal use of the fiscal
surcharge, fine and highly desirable.

Condition from pristine to suboptimal, some signed Sorani.
