of もっと見る Gibraltar: A specialised mint (some unmounted) and used collection of 1935 Silver Jubilee issues with many covers written up in four albums, created by the late Edmund Chambers, and which formed the nucleus of his book “Gibraltar Collecting King George V Silver Jubilee Issue”. The collection identifies and documents various ‘diagnostic’ flaws from each of the six vignette plates and four frame plates such as major and minor plate flaws, re-entries and hairlines, all with identified plate positions and accompanying illustrations. Incl. “SPECIMEN” singles (2) and vertical strips of three (B.P.A. certificate) sets, extra flagstaff 2d. (3, one within block of four on cover) and 3d. (2, one on cover), lightning conductor 2d. (4, within block of four, on cover, one used and one “SPECIMEN” with R.P.S. certificate - one of three or four examples possible), 3d. used, 6d. (2 within blocks of four) and 1s. within block of four, double flagstaff 2d. within block of four, short extra flagstaff 2d. (2, one on cover), 3d., 6d. (3, one used and one on cover) and 1s., flagstaff on right-hand turret 2d.
