of North & South Germany overprinted 'Saargebiet', tied by
Neunkirchen (12 Jul) c.d.s., showing red 'T 55' handstamp and
manuscript 'Wert 320 Mark', with 5c and 50c Eupen overprinted
semi-postals applied and tied by Raeren (15 Jul) c.d.s., showing
intact red wax seal on reverse; light edge toning, a sound and
striking mixed usage.
