1877: Liberty Head, 20 centavos blue, in combination with U.P.U.
1883, 10 centavos registration stamp, both of fresh colour, the 20c
with good to large margins all around, the 10c fine perforations,
the former tied by oval “CARTAGENA” in black and the latter a red
oval “REGISTERED LONDON 29 MY 86”, to an envelope sent to
Colchester, England, with “COLOMBIA CARTAGENA AGENCIA POSTAL
NACIONAL MAY 5 1886” blue large format mark alongside. Fine. Scarce
registration stamp in combination with the Cartagena oval.
