HAMBURG transit (Aug 31) and LIEGE arrival (Sept 2) cds’s. The rate
for letters to Belgium via Germany was 17 sk. equal to 4 sgr. split
with 1 sgr. for Denmark, 2 sgr. for Germany and 1 sgr. for Belgium,
being in force between 1 January 1866 and 30 April 1868. The
weiterfranco of ‘3’ silbergroschen beyond Denmark is noted on front
in red crayon and on reverse in blue crayon. Two adhesives touched
