A combined live / hall auction will take place. Around 3,700 individual lots and collections from around the world with a focus on German territories are waiting for happy bidders.

The purchaser shall pay the sales prices plus 20% commission, 2 Euro lot fee.
Postage and insurance (if applicable) will be charged seperatly. The V.A.T. of currently 19% will only be charged on the additional costs (commissionn, lot fee, postage, etc,) and not on the knock down as a mediation service is provided.
The reverse charge method is used for mediation services to business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT No. (German VAT is not charable) The customers is in these cases obliged to pay the sales tax on those charges in his home country.
For mediation services to business customers from a third country (outside the EU) no sales tax is payable if the contractor is adequately established. The mediation services to private customers from non-EU member countries is free of sales tax if export evidence can be provided.

The purchaser shall pay the sales prices plus 23% commission, 2 Euro lot fee.
Postage and insurance (if applicable) will be charged seperatly.
