About Jean-Paul Bach
Jean-Paul Bach, born in Basel, Switzerland has established BBV publishing only as a 20-year old in 1973 and therefore made his debut in specialized stamp trade. Subsequently Interphila AG Basel has been formed in 1981 and started conducting international auctions in Zurich, Winterthur and Basel. The company's name changed into "Jean-Paul Bach AG" in 1991 and undoubtedly took the top position of the Swiss stamp mail order business over the years until today. Four to five fixed price sales each holding around four to five thousand lots from all over the world and ten additional special offers are being handled by this highly productive company each year.

| Garantie | Wir garantieren unbeschränkt und unbefristet für die Echtheit der verkauften Briefmarken und deren Stempel. |
| Qualität | Wir liefern nur erstklassige Qualität. Bessere Werte werden geprüft oder mit Attest geliefert. Sollte eine Marke trotzdem qualitativ zu beanstanden sein, ist dies innert 10 Tagen möglich. |
| Preise | Die Preise verstehen sich in Schweizer Franken, rein netto, ohne jeden Abzug. Lieferung im Inland liefern wir in der Regel gegen Rechnung. Bei Auslandlieferungen gilt grundsätzlich Vorausrechnung, es liegt aber in unserem Ermessen, ebenfalls gegen Rechnung zu liefern. |
| Aufgeld | Zum Zuschlagspreis wird ein Aufgeld von 22 % erhoben, dazu 3 CHF Losgebühr pro Los sowie die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer von 8,1 % berechnet. |
| Lieferung | Der Versand erfolgt bis Fr. 100.- per A-Post, ab Fr. 100.- Eingeschrieben, Rechnungsbetrag plus Porto und Verpackung (A-Post Fr. 2.-, Einschreibebriefe Fr. 6.-, Ausland nach Gewicht). Ab Fr. 400.- erfolgt der Versand portofrei. |
| Versicherung | Jede Sendung ist durch uns gegen alle Transportrisiken versichert, kostenlos für Sie. Dies gilt bei vorheriger Benachrichtigung auch für eine allfällige Rücksendung. |
| Zahlungsfrist | Innert 10 Tagen ab Fakturdatum. Andere Zahlungsziele müssen vorher schriftlich vereinbart sein. Bei Zahlungsverzug wird ein Verzugszins von zurzeit 8% p. A. berechnet. |

Short Terms and Conditions
The purchaser shall pay the sales prices plus 20 % commission, insurance and 8 % value added tax (V.A.T.) of the total amount. The V.A.T. will be shown separately and is not payable, if the auctioneer mails the stamps to a destination abroad.
