Merkurphila 65th Auction
On the first day of the auction, we are auctioning an impressive selection of classical Austrian philately and postal history. As always, with a focus on the first issue of 1850, but also showcasing a beautiful part of postal history from the later issues up to 1867 and unused stamps from the late issues of the monarchy and the First Republic. The resolution of the important collection of landscape series after 1945 by Dr. Stepniczka marks the beginning of the second auction day, which will again be rounded off with unused varieties and postal history of the Second Republic. Short Terms and Conditions
A buyers commission of 24% including differential taxation will be charged from Austrian and EU buyers. Companies and dealers from inside the EU are subject to a commission of 24% if they provide their VAT number and other credentials required in due time. Buyers from outside the EU are subject to their respective country's taxation, customs duties and regulations as well as a buyers commission of 24% (hammer price and shipping fees) only if the auctioneer is handling the export of purchased items. No underbids permitted.
