It is with great pleasure and anticipation that David Feldman offers to the market via it’s Online Auction service: The Alexander Collection of Egyptian Imperforates Once again David Feldman has another exciting auction of Egypt to present, with 179 lots, showing much of the now very popular issues from the Royal period of Fouad & Farouk, with unique proofs, essays, control blocks from the Royal collection, commemoratives, definitives and airmails etc., plus a unique and never been offered before array of imperforates errors showing printers coloured streaks. The Alexander collection was assembled in the early part of the 20th century and only comes to light now after more than 75 years.
Short Terms and Conditions
Each lot is sold on behalf of the respective owner to the highest bidder who becomes the buyer at the next highest bid step, which is the adjudication price. In addition to the adjudication price, the buyer pays an all-in fee of 20% to cover commission, charges and expenses including lotting fees, adjudication taxes, insurance, packing, export formalities etc. whether all incurred in particular cases or not. Cost of postage or shipping for all lots is additional and will be invoiced separate from the buyer all-in fee.
