Short Terms and Conditions
Der Versteigerer erhält vom Käufer eine Provision von 19% des Zuschlagspreises sowie 2,00 Euro pro Los. Bei schriftlichen Bietern wird das Porto und die Versicherungspauschale gesondert berechnet. Auf den Zuschlagspreis sowie Provision, Verpackung und Versicherung wird die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer von 7% erhoben. Die MwST. entfällt bei Exportverkäufen in Nicht EG- Länder.
Für die angebotenen Münzen und Medaillen gilt grundsätzlich der ermässigte Mehrwehrtsteuersatz von z. Zt. 7 %. Bei Münzen und Medaillen aus Edelmetall beträgt die MwSt. jedoch 19 % wenn der Zuschlagspreis incl. Aufgeld weniger als das 2,5fache des Edelmetallwertes beträgt. Anlagegold ist MwSt.-frei.
Sammlungen und Posten von Münzen und Medaillen unterliegen 19 % MwSt., sofern diese nicht ausschließlich aus Münzen mit niedrigeren Mehrwertsteuersätzen bestehen.
